ROGUE
VALLEY SPORTING CLAYS
The Rogue Valley Sporting Clays Club is now in its seventh year of
operation. With volunteer help,
the course has continually grown in size and quality.
Starting in the beginning with ten stations and ten hand throwers, the
course now boasts 15 stations, serviced by 38 machines..
Each course has at least two machines and two shooting booths.
One station is set up as a five stand course and has six throwers,
allowing a variety of presentations. The
construction and maintenance of the facility is done by volunteers that
have spent countless hours building equipment, cleaning, brushing and
grooming the range.
Today this course is recognized as one of the best natural
setting facilities on the west coast. The
course is open to members during JCSA hours every day of the week.
Public shoots are on Saturday at 10 A.M. during the year.
During the year special shoots are presented for the members and
general public. Our annual club
shoot with free lunch, turkey shoots, ham shoots, and club championships are
some of the favorites. This year, on April
24 and 25 the club will be presenting a NSCA registered shoot. Information
can be obtained by viewing our
web page.
The membership of the Rogue Valley Sporting Clays Club
cordially invites all shooters to come and join us for the challenge of
a great shooting sport and
an outstanding facility.
